Reinforcing Pumpkin Sleeve 

The Dresser Style 220 weld-over sleeve reinforces and repairs: 

• Coupled, threaded collar, or welded pipe joints 

• Pipelines at critical road, rail and river crossings 
• Corroded high pressure pipelines 

Precision forming with a hot form press minimizes tolerance variation and enhances large-scale production. Standard design includes: 

• ASTM A-572, GR 50 steel 
• 50 KSI SMYS with 0.45% maximum carbon equivalent 
• 2″ – 26″ size range, customized sizes available up to 48″ 
• Pre-drilled vent for pressure build-up mitigation 
• Full penetration butt welds radiographed per API 1104 
• Factory prepared with standard welding bevel 
• Complete raw material traceability
